Direct Sales Operations

The heart of DSO division is the elite Rapid Deployment Tactical Sales Force. This unit is the first element of HyperProfit Tactical that our customers meet. Initial phases of all operations begin with a detailed assessment of our clients’ current sales force, corporate objectives, product and market. Typically we drop in to our clients operation as a new sales operator to get the lay of the land from ground level. Phase one operations take 14-30 days depending on the nature of the mission, and consist of a direct sales effort. After P1 operations are wrapped up we report our findings and make recommendations that are tested in Phase 2.

Once we have a working model, and most of the bugs are worked out of direct sales operations in phase 2, we meet with our client again to tie up any lose ends and move on to subsequent phases.

 Recruiting Training and Management

RTM division builds, trains and manages sales forces. We can build a team from scratch or reorganize an existing one. We’ll improve the performance of your current sales force or help an experienced crew learn new techniques or take on new product lines.
